After a lot of consideration and debate, we decided to stucco the front of the house. We have been contemplating colors and finishes for weeks now. I had a picture in my mind of how I wanted the house to look and it's pretty close to what I pictured, although it actually looks better than I imagined. The stucco looks so nice and turned out better than the siding I had pictured. I especially love the arch over the garage. I should clarify with these pictures - the color of the trim that is in the picture is the color it will be. They have not finished the rest of the stucco. The main stucco color is a semi-dark brown (not charcoal gray like it appears in the picture). We are doing matching siding on the other three sides of the house and it is looking good too. As

with construction there have been a few delays in getting the siding up (both in and out of our hands). But when I took these pictures this morning Ward & Rick were putting up more siding and the stone subcontractor is scheduled to come today. The progress is really moving along. The rough HVAC is done. The rough electrical and plumbing are close to being done and we have an appointment with the insulation company next Tuesday. We should be ready for drywall by the end of next week!
